Plywood, Particleboard, Plywood furniture, OSB

Plywood
This product is made from thin sheet materials or wood veneer (Veneer) by cutting logs to length as required. The strip-shaped or split logs. The wood is a thin sheet. Several sheets are pressed together then compressed together into a paste. In a manner that the burr laterally perpendicular to each other. This is to increase the strength properties. It also helps to reduce the expansion and contraction in the plane of the wood to a minimum. The number of layers of wood must always be odd. To achieve balance and a burr in the same way.

This will be a number from 3 layers to get through the compressor by heat (Hot Press) to make plywood homogeneous. This processing will result in a high-density plywood. Manufacture of plywood that has been compressed by heat and pressure that besides the density of the wood than real wood (Solid) a lot. Patterns on the surface as a Veneer sheet and continuity of the beauty as well.

Veneer or wood veneer are a thin piece of wood.

That are thinner than 3 mm (1 / 8 inch) used to stick with the Particleboard and MDF to create a wood pattern. Veneers used in furniture making cabinet doors, as well as parquet flooring.

Particleboard
Particleboard or some countries are known Chipboard is a type of engineered wood, it making from scrap pieces of wood such as wood chips or sawdust. They are compressions by the chemicals with compaction pressure. Particleboard type of fiber board. As well as MDF and hard board. Particleboard has released part of a larger piece of wood.
Particleboard, compared with single wooden board and plywood, Particleboard cheaper price and higher density. The strength of a Particleboard is less. Often used as a surface veneer attached to wood when used.
Particleboard that is light in the fiber board is strong, but less than MDF and hard wood. Another disadvantage of the Particleboard is easy expansion due to moisture, especially wood that is not covered with paint or another sealer  it is rarely used outdoors or places that have high levels of moisture, except for some bathrooms, kitchens and laundries, where it is commonly used as an underlayment beneath a continuous sheet of vinyl flooring.

Plywood furniture
Plywood furniture or Veneer wood furniture refers to furniture made from wood that has been processed into plywood or Veneer and then install them on a piece of wood or wooden frame, then the assembly or installation of furniture. In general, most people tend to think of furniture made of plywood or Veneer will be less strong, less beauty and cheaper than real wood, But, in fact. Furniture made of plywood or Veneer have a good standard, a strength and more expensive than real wood furniture and furniture made of plywood or Veneer surface or pattern, there are more beautiful and creative patterns and more diverse than real wood furniture as well.

OSB.
OSB (Oriented Strand Board Wood) is an innovative building material and furnishings. The main structures is composed of pine or hardwood chips were obtained from commercial forests. They were cut into small thin pieces. Then place several layers of alternating back and forth like a basketweave with adhesive resins. Then soak chemicals to add more features, Ex. Add liquid  to prevent termites and fungi for stronger than the general plywood
Today, OSB is available in various Purpose applications, for example, the normal plywood (No liquid  to prevent termites and fungi) to make a wooden crate for the goods or general cargo. Plywood types of termites and fungi makes the whole house but it will prevent termites or fungi that much depends on the chemicals. The manufacturer will make the symbols or colors on the side of a piece of wood to tell kind of wood, Ex. The green veneer plywood whipping. The wood is dark red to termites and fungi. We may inquire with the vendor directly
OSB, mostly imported from Europe and the United States. With a relatively rough surface and texture of wood that looked strange. It works like a natural or industrial.
